There is only one God, Yahweh, who created the world through His Word, Jesus Christ. Since the fall of Adam and Eve, mankind didn’t want this God. Mankind wanted to play God himself or worship other gods, so humans produced something else themselves, with the devil’s inspiration.
We know from the Bible that for some time after the fall of Adam and Eve, humans were evil and unmoral, and lived without any boundaries, just like today. As a result, God brought His flood upon the world. Other than the highest mountains, everything was covered by enormous amounts of water, except for one family and the animals on the ark. We are talking about Noah and his family, 8 persons. Noah had three sons: Shem, Ham and Japheth.
The Israelis, for example, but also the Arabs, are Semitic peoples. The Greeks descended from a son of Japheth. The ancient peoples of Canaan and others descended from Ham.
Ham had four sons. One of his grandsons was called Nimrod. Genesis 10:8 says that Nimrod was the first king on the earth, the king of Babylon. He built the tower of Babel so that it would reach up to the heavens. You could say that Nimrod was the first atheist on earth. He knew that there is a God, but he hated Him. One legend even says that he sought God in order to kill Him because God had destroyed the earth with the flood. After Nimrod’s death, his wife Semiramis bore a son, Tammuz. She ordered an image of herself with her son in her arms to be made and demanded that the people worship the image.
Idolatry began there in Babylon, as well as other religions. Hinduism is very old, because it comes directly from Babylon. People began to worship images, statues, etc. Everyone could choose their own god or even make his own. That’s why Yahweh always warned Israel time and time again about idolatry. He said that people take wood to keep warm, to cook, etc. and then they even make gods of it and worship it!
These three gods, Nimrod, Semiramis, Tammuz, Satan’s trinity, spread far and wide from Babylon under other names. In Egypt they became Osiris, Isis, Ra or Horus, Antubus, etc. In Italy we have Jupiter, Minerva and Neptune. In Greece we have the 12 gods of Olympus with Zeus as the highest. In India there’s Shiva, Kali, Ganesh, etc., Islam has Allah, in ancient times were also Baal, Astarte, Moloch, etc. And what do we have in the Catholic Church? The image of Mary with Jesus on her lap. But that is neither Mary nor Jesus, it’s Semiramis with Tammuz! That’s why all religions resemble each other. They light candles, burn incense, have images or statues, some kind of rituals and traditions which have nothing to do with God or Jesus. Religions are Satan’s best invention. Religions are about power, money, and control. When the Catholic Church controlled Europe, Europe was poverty-stricken and filthy. You see the same thing in today in Buddhist, Hinduistic and Islamic countries (when they don’t have any petrodollars). Religions are dictatorships. We are born into a religion, no-one asks us. Whoever is born in Europe is probably Catholic/Orthodox or Protestant; those born in India are most likely Buddhist or Hindu; in Saudi Arabia, almost certainly Moslem, etc. So whether we like it or not, we are born into a religion.
Religions aren’t from God, they are God’s greatest enemy. They talk about God, but they missuse God’s name and have nothing to do with Him. God hates religions, because they take people away from Him. Religions make wars, they kill, hate and persecute because they come from hell. The Mary and Jesus of the Catholic Church aren’t the Mary and Jesus of the Bible. The Eucharist Jesus of the Catholic Church dies every day when the priest celebrates a mass. The Jesus of the Bible only died once, for all of our sins. The church says that Mary is the Queen of Heaven. The Bible says in Jeremiah 44:17-18 that you should not worship the queen of heaven, otherwise you will suffer God’s judgment. The church leads people to the dead and prompts them to pray for the dead! The Bible forbids this. It is spiritism and God will curse you if you practice that. Read Deuteronomy Chapter 18:11.
Who remembers the Ten Commandments? It says in Exodus 20:4-5: “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me“. No wonder people suffer; there is hardly a family on earth who doesn’t practice idolatry. Even the Muslims, who view everyone else as idol worshipers, go to Mecca to kiss a stone which supposedly takes away their sins. That’s idolatry!
Does everybody have the same god? There is only one God for all, but mankind has fallen away from the living God and must therefore repent. Buddha was a human being and died, Mohammed was a human being and died, Mary and the saints of the church were human, and they died. But Jesus Christ is God who became man, to save you from hell and take you into His kingdom.
Is Allah God? No. Allah is the Arabic word for god, but the god to whom the Muslims bow on a daily basis is not the Creator of the universe. Who is he, then? The Bedouins and the desert dwellers in the Arabic world had a black meteorite, Kaaba, which contained 365 gods, one for every day. Mohammed grew up among Christians and Jews, so he only wanted one god. He chose Allah, one of the 365 gods, the moon god, and made him the only god. That’s also why one of the Islamic symbols is the half moon.
There are many false gods and idols, but there is only one living God: Yahweh, who revealed Himself in Jesus Christ two thousand years ago. Every person must decide if he wants a religion, which is of no use to him in the end, or if he wants Jesus Christ. Religions are all about self-redemption: you have to do good deeds, but you never know if you are good enough or if you have performed enough good deeds! That’s why, when I ask a Catholic, a Protestant, a Muslim, Buddhist or Hindu: “Where will you go when you die?”, they all give the same answer: “I don’t know, no-one knows, but I hope …”. But a true Christian who knows Jesus Christ says “I know that I know…my Redeemer lives. I am going to Heaven, not because I have been good, but because the blood of Jesus has paid for my sins, because I have accepted that gift.” It’s about a relationship and not about deeds. But because I love Jesus Christ, I also want to do good deeds and lead a life that God wants for me.
Religion or Jesus? You decide.
